will this work OK? or am I doing it wrong? plants healthy, roots brownish

here is what is happening, my aeroponic grow is turning into a DWC grow, due to the root growth, into the water. I'd like to get some expert-member input!! thank you. All the details are in my blog/thread/post area. pic taken today.

Most of the nutes your using will make the roots change color. Pretty much the nutes dye your roots. As long as the roots aren't slimy your ok
