Will this work?

Saw this at tractor supply. I'm going to grow in a closet. I'm planning on 300 full spec LEDs but if the plants can flourish on this 20 light I might try it. Says they're led bulbs equal to t12.

Go to Walmart have a better one leds for 20 it's 150 watts but will work great to start then keep them close to the plant at all times to fear won't hurt them but in flower ul need a good strong light if ur on a budget look at the Mars hydro light there really good n there name brand

the key word here being flourish
that light is not nearly intense enough for a healthy growing plant imo

Ok then I'll just go with the mats low end or equivalent.
