What humidity and temperature i should keep in what stages ?

Ideally Rh 50-70%
Temp 22.5°c
During veg. unless using an additional co2 input when you can go a lot higher in temp.
The main idea is humid enough to get them sweating a little but able to transpire it away and not hang around in the air so ventilation is vital.
In flower you reduce the RH to as near 40 as you can to avoid any mould spores finding good condiditions to party in. The spores love dense , warm and still conditions . The night air is usually the dampest for here so worth a check in the dark time too. If you can't get moisture and have a low rh , you can hang damp towels above buckets to add it and also spray tent walls if needed.
