Wiring a 400W MH light

I bought 2 of these from craigslist for $25 each. Both new in the box and no power cord. I just want to make sure i connect the 3 wires correctly when I get a power cord. The white wire that says "120v" is gonna to the white wire on the power cord. The black wire on the power cord goes to the black wires in the pic? Is that the capacitor in the first pic? The black wire coming from the capacitor goes to the socket from what i can see without taking it apart. Im ordering two 400 mh grow bulbs tomorrow. Im gonna use these for veg only.

These look like landscape or security lights for a commercial installation. If there's a manufacurer listed on the units, I'd look up the light on their website. It's not obvious where the hot (black) wire goes. A wrong connection can kill you.

I just checked the boxes they came in and found this. I think im just gonna hook it up and plug it in when I get a bulb.
