Wisest Usage?

My friends room is 4'w x 8'l x 7'h, 12 pot ebb and groww, 55 gal res. Has 2 1k sun superspectrums. Each reflector houses a 600 hps and a 400mh. What combo of the lighting is best and at what times. I.E..both m.h. for veg then both hps and mh for flower etc....All help would be appreciated.

You should use the MH for flower And when its time to flower switch to the HPS.

I use a 400 watt and a 430 watt HPS during my veg cycle along with the MH lights. If you have the extra lights use them. Im running 4 lights in my grows, 2830 watts
