Would a 3 gallon pot be big enough for my mothers?

Hey guy's, Getting ready to transplant some of my seedlings that I am growing for mother plants to clone and was wondering if three gallon pots will be big enough for them? When done cloning I will probably plant the mothers in the garden as well. Thanks all.

I have one strain that is two weeks old and three that are one week old. I want to veg. them until they are big enough to get about four to six clones off each of them without butchering the mother to much. I plan on planting the clones in the garden the first week of june. Thanks

Took about a month from seedling for my autos to just barely start reaching the bottom of 3 gallons.
