Not sure where to post this one, but since it's about lights, this seemed like good a place as any.
OBSERVATION:
Thieves have been in the neighborhood the last 2 weeks breaking into cars at night so all the paranoid neighbors want everyone to leave the porch lights on all night.
OK, so I go along with that and notice today that my outdoor hanging baskets which should be just about dead this time of year, I was ready to pitch them a few weeks ago, are looking better than they have all summer long.
Only thing different is the yellow bug light on the porch is on for about 12 hours at night.
Could the light be having some affect on the plants?
