Just wondering what caused this? Is my soil too hit?

Young plants aren't always perfect, there might be nothing to worry about. My best guess though is overwatering since the soil still looks moist in the first 2 pictures. If you want maximum help though, read this page and provide us with that info: How to Ask for Grow Support
