Yellow Spots on leaves

Hi everyone, one of my plants has lots of yellow spots on the leaves all over the plant, I checked for spider mites but it seems ok, any help/suggestions would be gratefully accepted. Thanks

if you would like go to my blog there is a chart with pics on certain nute problems and compare those with your leaves.
without pics its hard to say, a number of defincies and toxins cause that.

Thanks for the response Fish Cake, I looked at the blog, interesting and very good but none of the pics there seem like my plant so I've uploaded a couple of pics, what do you think? Btw, I've two plants on the go, same place, same conditions, same nutes etc but only one has the yellow spots???
