500 grams indoors like MrGrunge said 500 grams "per square meter". 500 grams seems like a per plant estimate for outdoors. I believe these are estimates with all conditions and plants being optimal/healthy.

According to a seed dealer on another board,it's the expected yield of a one square meter indoor soil SOG grow by skilled grower using 600 watts of the flavor of light of your choice.
"Skilled grower" is the broad term that covers seed dealers asses on these internet sites. If you're not getting 500 grams,it's obvious you're not a skilled grower. Lol.
