So what's in question here my man?... Make sure those lights are real close...noticed they were really stretching at first....nice work on the LSTing....why are the leaf tips cut?...looking nice so far amigo...

i saw someone else do that to increase the light to the stem and the tall female stretch even @ 2-3 in ?
The only time I see the leaf tips being cut is when doing clones. You don't need the stem to get more light, that is the job of the leaves. Don't clip them any more, they are the power producers of the plant.
The internodal distance is pretty stretched out, I think that is CannaVince meant. Get your light closer to them to get the nodes to stack up tighter.

yeah it worked out great because the stem during the beginnin of the veg stage i had it bending and closer on 24 hrs of light but now im 18/6
