Phoenix, Arizona - 06/27/16 - YiLoLife, Inc., the holding company and owner of the YiLo family of brands, today announces its recent support for the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol ("CRMLA"), the committee backing an initiative to end marijuana prohibition in Arizona. The Company on June 23 committed an initial $100,000 donation to CRMLA, and challenges others to match an additional $100,000 commitment.

As the largest manufacturer of marijuana-infused edibles in Arizona, YiLo wholesales its products to nearly every dispensary in the state of Arizona. Since opening its first YiLo Superstore in Phoenix in December 2015, YiLo has steadily grown its reputation for premium quality medicated chocolates, drinks, brownies, candies and snacks for medical marijuana patients.

As its brand recognition continues to spread, the Company is pledging its growing sphere of influence to rally supporters for CRMLA, and thus, the proposed Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act. In joining the cause, YiLo is looking for 10 other donors to finalize its donation of $200,000, which would contribute an additional $1 million to CRMLA ahead of the November elections.

Arizona is one of several U.S. states with pending recreational initiatives this year. To qualify for the ballot in November, Arizona's Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act has until July to collect 150,000 signatures.

"We believe YiLoLife can be a valuable ally to CRMLA and the broader movement to legalize marijuana in Arizona," says YiLoLife CEO Carsten Loelke. "We are already delivering innovation and differentiation to the medical marijuana industry, and are proud to also lend financial and promotional support of the initiative that seeks to legalize and regulate and tax marijuana instead of criminalizing it."
