Zaky Veng’s First Grow Journal 2020

Hello everyone,
This is my first grow journal and my second grow I’ve done, any information, pictures or story’s would be awesome, so some information on what I’m running with. I’m using a 1200W LED hanging at 35” with both bloom and veg on, I will be adding a 600W LED when the plants get bigger, my ladies are, 3X White widow autoflower, 2X northern lights autoflower, 2X amnesia autoflower and 1X strawberry cheese autoflower, the 3 white widows are on day 12-13-17, the Northern Lights, amnesia and strawberry haven’t popped out yet but we’re planted February 3rd and 4th, I tried just putting seeds in the soil to germinate in 2 seeds just to see how it would work, the soil I’m using probably isn’t the best but was the only thing at my local store (live in tiny town) I will add pictures of the soil, my pots are 1.5 Gallon and I think the others might be 2 Gallons I’m not sure haha I’ll be adding pictures and stuff along the way

Just phed tap water as of right now, but I have the general hydroponics Micro, grow and bloom, was thinking of starting them on a low dose at the start of week 3, do you think that’s a good time to start?

Some pictures without the colour in there I’m not sure what happened to the one plant but looks deformed on some of the leaves, also the seeds out of that pack that was the only one to survive outta 5 seeds were not good, the other 2 plants are different brand of seeds

GH 3 part is good base nutrients. As for when to start feeding, I would feed the larger ones now but take in to consideration that your grow media has slow release fertilizer in it.

Okay when the soil drys up a bit more I’ll start my feed for the larger ones, debating on how much I should give them for there first feed, and yes I reilized that after I bought it but just figured oh well haha I might pick up some kind of flush just in case and for the end of the grow

Hi @Zaky Vengeance,welcome to 420... Im a first time grower so don't know if il be able to help but I'm Def along for the ride hope u don't mind... Your plants look good man this will be an interesting one, I've heard alot about how bad slow release fertilizers can be so I'd like to see what happens here, hope u prove em wrong... Heres to a great grow

Little update on the ladies, the three white widows are on day 16-20, and the little strawberry cheese is on day 4, the other pots haven’t sprouted nothing yet going to be day four since I put the seeds in the dirt, I gave the three white widows a small nutrient feeding for the first time 2 days ago, the plants seem to be growing good but ones starting to get yellow on the top leaves and it looks weird like part of it grew slower? And it’s looking a little thick, is this something I have to worry about?
