A MJ panel discussion titled "Hemp? Cannabis? Marijuana?...Legal or
Illegal?" at the The Public Interest Environmental Law Conference. The
conference runs Thursday, March 4th through Sunday, March 7th, 2004,
University of Oregon School of Law Eugene, Oregon. The theme this year is
"Rousing the Restless Majority".
"Hemp? Cannabis? Marijuana?...Legal or Illegal?" will "Discuss and educate
all those interested in a plant. A plant that many believe holds many
answers to this planet's problems. However, with the patchwork of statewide
Cannabis laws and the Bush Administration persecution of Cannabis users the
issue of legalities is clouded." Panel members are Todd Dallato, Paul
Loney, Danbo Ernst Dan Koozer. Moderator will be Kevin Fenney.
There will be a table in the commons area promoting the OCI, OMMA2 and the
Emerald Empire HempFest 2004 as well as the re-legalization of Cannabis.
