First time grower of P.T.

I have 3 Purple Trainwreck plants growing and I feel that they are small for their age. They are 4 weeks. I have them in an indoor greenhouse with lighting above each shelf and heat pads underneath. The lights are set on a timer of 12h on, 12h off.
Any suggestions?

If they aren't autos 12/12 is the budding light cycle. 18/6 is common for veg.
