DAVIE, Fla. – Green Roads of Florida, LLC was mistakenly identified in a warning letter that was the subject of a news release issued by the Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday concerning four companies purportedly making unfounded claims on their websites concerning CBD products.

The FDA’s news release identifies a company called Greenroads Health. However, the FDA’s warning letter was addressed to Green Roads of Florida, LLC and Ms. Laura Fuentes, neither of whom own or have any affiliation or interest in Greenroads Health, and neither of whom are responsible in any way for that company’s website content.

Neither that company nor any of its owners or principals have any ownership or management interest in Green Roads of Florida, LLC and the companies have no affiliation whatsoever beyond Greenroads Health’s independent distributorship of products made by Green Roads of Florida.

Green Roads of Florida owns and operates its own websites, GreenRoadsWorld.com and GreenRoadsWellness.com. Those websites have always accurately described Green Roads’ products and the benefits they provide.

The FDA’s confusion between the two companies was likely caused by Greenroads Health’s unauthorized use of the “Green Roads” name, logo and website imagery. Green Roads of Florida is currently undertaking immediate and substantial efforts to enforce its legal rights and to prevent companies such as Greenroads Health from improperly attempting to affiliate itself with Green Roads of Florida and creating consumer confusion over the Green Roads brand.

“We sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused to our loyal customers, and we are working diligently to ensure that our products and product information is immediately removed from this independent distributor’s website,” said Laura Fuentes, CEO of Green Roads of Florida, LLC. “At Green Roads, we produce only the finest quality products, using the best ingredients, and we appreciate the continued outpouring of support and testimonials we have received from people who have reportedly benefited from our products.”

The best and most direct place for customers to order Green Roads products is by visiting the official website GreenRoadsWorld.com. Additionally, Green Roads Wellness products are only available by consulting with a medical professional. Those products can either be purchased at the medical professional’s location or through GreenRoadsWellness.com after receiving a special code from their health provider.

All Green Roads products are manufactured from 100-percent-certified industrial hemp, not marijuana, and are in full compliance with the U.S. Farm Bill. Green Roads products contain zero THC, making them legal in all 50 states.
