Wondering if cannaboid oil will help with a relapse of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

I may be relapsing with my cancer and I am in need of any info should I make my own oil or buy over the Internet. I have heard that Amazon has a brand called Cibdex but I have no idea if this would work for me or not. I also haven't read whether my type of cancer can be helped by this at all. I understand that a ratio of CBD and TH at a one to one ratio may be a good place to start. Any feedback is appreciated. I have diffuse large B-cell non-hodgkin's lymphoma that was treated last year with 6 cycles of chemo.
