iPhone 4 picture to upload need help

I have a iphone4 want to put picture up on here but can is there a way ?????

connect your iphone4 to your computer, open up the directory, then follow this link: Photo Gallery Guide: How to Resize, Upload & Post Photos

or you can also go to the 420magazine.com website on your iPhone and just click on the gallery tab, go down to photo gallery, then click on upload picks, if you know about your phones saved locations for your photos, usually on the Micro SD card... you can upload them from there, just as if you were uploading from your PC
