Emoticons don't work on Google Chrome, they used to

When I'm using Chrome, the emoticon screen pops up but it is frozen, I cannot scroll down to icons at the bottom. This started about 2 weeks ago. When I switch to Firefox, it works fine. Rico gave me a download that may fix it, I have not trid it. Let me know if I can help you troubleshoot this, I'd be happy to help you find the solution. It's probably my comp. but I did not change anything before my issue started.

Hey, trichomes...in the meantime try using the up/down arrow keys on your computer keyboard when it glitches like that. I had the issue with Internet explorer browser yesterday too, but the arrow keys got me through the list to be able to choose an emoticon.
Hope that helps until the problem is resolved.

I have poor comp. skills, darkness surrounds me with Chrome, I just use Mozilla now, I'm sure I have problem with my settings.

you could try reinstalling chrome that is after you have tryed turning your computer off and on again haha
