Since replacing our SEO script and adding SSL site wide, a plethora of things have broken on the website and we have been working around the clock to resolve them all. While we have resolved numerous issues, there are still plenty left.

Please give us more specific information that might help us to resolve this issue.

Please clear your cache, cookies & temp files, then reboot your computer, modem & router and try again.

Are you using a proxy service? If so, that could be your problem.

It could also be your Internet Service Provider (ISP) network having difficulties.

If none of these seem to be the issue, then please provide us with the following data.

Are you using a Mac or PC? Desktop/laptop, phone or tablet and what kind?

What browser are you using; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer?

We recommend Google Chrome for full website functionality.

What operating system are you using?

What virus protection are you using and is it up to date?

Do you have Javascript installed and if so, is it the latest version?

Can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing to help us replicate the error?

The more information we have, the better we can help you.

:thanks:

I use Firefox and I have received only 2 notifications that I had any posts since yesterday, but when I actually logged in, I had more. And I checked my SPAM folder and they weren't there, but I have always gotten my email notifications in my inbox until yesterday, since then I have only received two notifications and had more posts than that on my thread. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I am on an IPad IOS 9.2. Was unable to upload photos from about 6pm until about 20 mins ago. It was showing me error messages but I can't remember what they were. When it finally let me upload photos one of the photos I uploaded kept showing as a bud pic (I imagine it was someone else's photo). I uploaded the photo again and things seem to be working again......hope that helps the IT crew.

It still appears to not be working after all. I got 2 out of 6 posts by email notification. I don't understand it but I'm NOT getting the majority of my posts by email notification. If their is anything you can do to correct this, I would greatly appreciate it!

Unable to upload photos:

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to upload some new photos, and failing. On the first window I'm able to select the photos, and they seem to upload fine (file appears with image, and then checkmark), but when I click the "Upload/Submit" button it comes back with he message:

Unable to create image: [/home/mag420/domains/420magazine.com/public_html/gallery/uploads/252814/20160518_010904.jpg]

I've tried clearing my cache, rebooting, uploading a single file, etc.--no joy. Each image is about 2 Meg. Can you help?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Happy Jack,

We are not currently experiencing any site wide photo upload issues that I'm aware of at the moment. The size limit for photos is 10 MB.

Please give us more specific information that might help us to resolve this issue.

Are you using a proxy service? If so, that is most likely your problem.

Clear your cache, cookies & temp files, then reboot your computer, modem & router and try again.

It could be your Internet Service Provider (ISP) network having difficulties.

You can open a DOS window and run these two commands to see if you are losing connection.

(tracert 420magazine.com) and (ping 420magazine.com)

If neither of these seem to be the issue, then please provide us with the following data.

Are you using a Mac or PC? Desktop/laptop, phone or tablet and what kind?

Have you changed anything in your upload procedure?

What browser are you using? We recommend Google Chrome for full website functionality.

What operating system are you using?

What virus protection are you using and is it up to date?

Do you have Javascript installed and if so, is it the latest version?

Can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing when you cannot upload?

The more information we have, the better we can help you.

Greenest Regards,
David Bowman
