Since replacing our SEO script and adding SSL site wide, a plethora of things have broken on the website and we have been working around the clock to resolve them all. While we have resolved numerous issues, there are still plenty left.

Please give us more specific information that might help us to resolve this issue.

Please clear your cache, cookies & temp files, then reboot your computer, modem & router and try again.

Are you using a proxy service? If so, that could be your problem.

It could also be your Internet Service Provider (ISP) network having difficulties.

If none of these seem to be the issue, then please provide us with the following data.

Are you using a Mac or PC? Desktop/laptop, phone or tablet and what kind?

What browser are you using; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer?

We recommend Google Chrome for full website functionality.

What operating system are you using?

What virus protection are you using and is it up to date?

Do you have Javascript installed and if so, is it the latest version?

Can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing to help us replicate the error?

The more information we have, the better we can help you.

I just now started having trouble. I'm not getting an error message. I'm trying to load in pictures from my iPhone and the gallery page doesn't give me any option to choose a file. Should I shut everything down again or is this something new?

I just checked and the iPad is doing the same thing. I'll wait patiently for this to resolve unless otherwise instructed.
 
We just added the new uploader to the gallery. Please try clearing cache, rebooting and try again.

I still can't choose files and now the glitch is interfering with my posting ability again. I've was able to post as a reply but not as an original post. Let's see if it'll let me post here.

We're working on the uploads via DESKTOP on smartphones literally right this minute, no idea what you are talking about on the second issue though. Can you please be more specific with screenshots?
 
Sue, please clear cache and try now, our programmer says it should work in Safari now on DESKTOP from smartphones.

However now we have a login issue in Chrome. :trance:
 
I was trying to upload some pictures and the choose file wasn't showing.. I'm on iPhone and use desktop site here... Choose file finally came up after waiting & re-entering about five times.. not sure if this is type of problems you want reported here....
 
After applying the upload fix for the DESKTOP view on smartphones, it broke the logins for Chrome, so we had to revert back to the original uploader until we resolve the login issue with Chrome breaking once applied. Working on that now, could use some positive energy :cheer:

I missed this earlier. Mr. Teddy and I had a run of issues earlier in the week. He has the screen shots. It's letting me post now, so we're going to assume it's been resolved.
