New grow room - Need advice

So I just finished my room in the garage.. It's 11 ft. wide, 13 ft. long and has a 9 ft. high ceiling... Any help with the number of lights I should put in there and I'm confused on the best layout for the room.. Any suggestions are appreciated...

Well Young I have a 5x9 tent and I presently have 2 650 watt LED'S
When I was using MH and HPS I I was using 3 600 watts. Best I can say is you can't have to much light. What type of lights will you be using?

I am going to get the AC/DE lamps... With the 1000 watt Galaxy DE Ballasts.. Haven't decided on the intake/exaught fans yet.. And I'm growing some "Do Si Do" clones..
