Mars Hydro 1mx1mx1.8m Tent Setup Advice

Hi All

Many thanks for taking the time to read my post.

I have recently purchased the following:

1x Mars Tent (1mx1mx1.8) (39"x39"x70")
2x 4" IMF -100 Inline Fan = 225 m3/h

I am looking at buying a Mars II 400, would it be sufficient for this tent size?

Also with the above could I just exhaust the air into the room?

Hey Fab I'm no expert but I've just bought lights and been researching a 400w may be on the lesser scale for you, id go with a 600. If you need help check out the mars thread by SmokeSara the Mars rep on here she can tell you more. But I'm about to run 900 (6+3) in a 80x80x160 tent. A little overkill.... perhaps, we will see.

As for the exhaust you'll want the CF (do you have a carbon filter) > inline fan > ducting (ducting goes outside the tent)

Then you have some ducting at the bottom for cool air intake, the idea is to get the air replaced in the room at a decent rate.

Thanks for the info,

I still just need to source a decent carbon filter.

I am also unsure of what PH Meter to get as there are so many available, I have seen the Hanna ones but they are pretty pricey
I wonder what the best would be?

I just got a cheap one off ebay and it reads fine should last a little bit if not it was only 11 bucks
