help/critique my future setup

I'm in my planning phase of starting a grow in maybe a year or less from now. I was hoping to throw out my plan and get some suggestions or critiques for it would be great!

1. Are the fans overkill? even if I plan to run them at 50%
2. The other reason I went overkill on the fans is cause once I get the grow going, I want to supplement/do a CMH/LED hybrid grow. Is this advisable? pr should I just double up on both kind of lights?
3. I plan to put 1-2 clip on fans on the top of the canopy and 1-2 clip on fans below the canopy; is this overkill for air circulation?
4. Suggest me a RO system.
5. I plan to do a E/F system with a 4x4 tray in the veg and a recirculating top feed capn style in flower.

any other suggestions and critiques are welcome.
