Question on limit exemption?

i got my permit but it says no exemption on my limits exemption what would that mean?can i grow or not?

I spoke with a representative at the office of Bruce Margolin, who is the current California NORML Los Angeles chair and also an attorney that specializes in criminal law regarding marijuana offenses, and they told me that the doctor should specify the number of plants that you can grow on your recommendation, and that the 6 or 12 limit in Senate Bill 420 is not the law.

In court, should you be arrested and tried, you will have to explain why your medical condition requires that you have as many plants as you are growing.

Therefore, don't grow 99 plants. Grow as many as you need. Talk to Bruce's office yourself, if you want to. Their number is 800-420-5297.
