I've started the RSO dosing protocol and am up to 12 grains per day. I'm having a hard time dealing with the dehydration that I'm experiencing, particularly during the night and early morning. Can anyone share tips on how to deal with this?
Sounds silly, but drink lots of water. If you drink at least 8oz/hr, you will hydrate yourself properly. When my son or daughter have a sporting event, especially in the summer, the coach recommends doing this for 8 hours prior to playing. I always keep water with me. Hope this helps.
Most people simply do not drink enough water. It also depends on your diet because depending on how much protein your eating, etc. your body will need to be filtering more. If you're dehydrated than you must drink more water. Yellow/concentrated urine means you're not drinking enough water. Clear urine is an indicator of adequate hydration levels.
