My tent stays around 78 lights on and 70 lights off.

RH in tent is 35-45

Placed 5 x CKS seeds in water for 15hrs

Moved to paper towel and 4 sprouted.

Placed in promix that had been presoaked with CalMag/Propgator and RO water that had been phd.

2 shot up and are ding amazing.

The other 2 shot up xmas day and the seed stayed on plant.

Removed and they still don't seem to be growing.

Have another 20 seeds from Crop King in the mail and hoping they arrive soon.

I had one PK left I am trying to germ. right now as well but doesnt seem to be sprouting either.

I may go back to rapid rooters as I have had only 7 plants from 15 seeds. 8 if the one in paper towel germs.

Very confused as I have never had such poor results.

Indoor is new but I have been growing outdoor for 20 yrs and germinating was never an issue until I started using paper towel.

As soon as my Crop King Purple Kush completes these will go in their new home.

Looking forward to another grow and trying to decide on what method I will use to prep plants for scrog.

Considering trying to mainline them.

For now I am still dealing with nute defecencies in my PK grow so hopefully no hassles from these ladies.

I will share my DIY drip when I build as well.

If your not following my PK please join in and help me with my nutes lol

Stay frosty people!

Thanks. I'm looking forward to seeing what your cob build will do for your White Cookies. I grew them under hps but have since switched to LED (mars hydro). Looking into buying/building a cob set-up asap. Peace!!
Well my skills are still that of a newbie so don't be too hard on the cobs.

When I went from Mars ii to Cob I believe the change stressed them.

Pair that with my dog knocking my passive intake off which resulted in 94 degree Temps for a week.

The yield may suffer but I'm hoping it just added a few weeks.

14 days since they pushed out of dirt.

Number 3 is a CKS Purple Kush.

I still need to get a 4th germinate.(waiting on mail) or go with 3 again.

We will see when mail arrives.

May be interesting to see if I can get better yield off 2nd grow of pk.

All plants are getting seedling mix of propagation and CalMag as I'm using RO water.

Well lots of changes.

Only 2 white cookies.

I have germinated CKS Purple Kush and a Black Indica.

Things are coming along nicely since topping the white cookies this week.

They seem much faster growing than the PK I am flowering out now.

I really like the twins.

I have my drip setup and running in my flower setup and I just love it.

Hope I can keep ph under control.

Hey sleepless,
I use kleenex to start my seeds, haven't missed yet but i have only done 2 grows with a total of 7 seeds. Thinking kleenex would be easier on the roots.

Well I now have 2 White cookies a PK and a Black Indica getting ready to move into the big girl tent.

Everything has been topped between 3rd and forth node's

They are receiving light feeding then water and feed.

Have decided I need better Veg setup so I will now add a 3 x citizen clu048-1212 leds to the veg setup.

Will also share some numbers off my light as I plan on doing some tests to better understand my light for this grow.

Should be fun!

The ladies are all in their new homes.

Each plant has its own light and I'm only pushing 120 watts with the 400 cfm and circulating fan.

I'll ramp that up over the next week or 2.

Rather than remove scrog I built mine hanging for this purpose

Hope I can learn from the mistakes in my first grow!

It's very addicting.

I am now awaiting heat sinks too so I can build a veg setup.

It is never ending as you can always upgrade.

But the customization can't be beat.

Welcome aboard!

Yes I've watched all his videos.

Lots of good info.

Fanleaf may chime in too as he is pretty skilled with cobs.

My biggest issue is being canadian. Shipping is a bitch.

This is why I run 4x1825s at higher wattage. Less heatsinks equals less shipping.

I plan on adding 4x 1818s to the mix down the Rd.

But need a proper veg setup which will double as a drying booth first.

After pulling my PK the house smelled pretty bad.

Next grow will hopefully be warm enough to trim in garage.

Haha you think you have it bad, being in South Africa is even harder :D Although getting awesome advice from fanleaf, jimmyjames and Seymore. Lucky enough to find out I can source all the cob fixtures and drivers locally (no tax or shipping) :D yay for 420mag and the awesome peeps on these forums.

Planning on getting 10 vera 29 cob fixtures running at 38 watts each with 2 HLG-185H-C1050A drivers. Can't wait :D

Hence I'm so keen to watch your journal progress, see what these cobs can do :D

Peace bro.
