Purple Bud - 90 Watt LED Grow

[cnnbs]

hello all

equipment:
- seed: purple bud feminized (75% Indica) sensiseeds/whitelabelseeds
- 90 watt led (metered 60 watt, red-blue-orange = 35-5-5) ... 20-30cm lightdistance moving with the plant
- homebox 160x80x80
- plagron jiffy
- soil: canna bio terra plus
- fertilizer: will write later...
- superroot airpot 10L WITHOUT grid, saucer with grooves
- some selfmade carbon pc fan filters
- 2 digital moisture meters
- ppm meter
- hygrometer
- thermometer

day 1
... soaked up the plagron jiffy with tap water (ppm 228) in a glass
... throwed away the rest water out of the glass
... inserted the seed (with the seedpike/tip pointing down) into the top side of the jiffy 0,5 cm deep
... closed the hole
... placed the glass with the jiffy into the dark box

day 4
... became impatienced and excavated the seed out of the jiffy, the seed has a thick root tip
... filled the 10l superrot airpot with canna bio terra plus soil, while the pot is standing on the saucer, because the pot has no grid, also shaked and knocked the pot with the saucer while filled the soil into the pot to stackup the soil denser, the lower pot holes are open for a better water take in, because i will water only into the saucer later
... removed the restsoil out of the saucer that came through the pot holes
... inserted the digital moisture meters below into the pot, left and right
... watered the pot very slowly with tap water (ppm 228) until runoff
... left the runoff into the saucer
... inserted the seed with the root tip pointing down into the pot, left the top of the seed head is over the ground, watered a little more around the seed slightly and pressed slightly the soil around the seed
... activated the light 18/6
... activated the fans 24/0 blowing air out of the box
... thermometer: 24,5 °C
... hygrometer: 48%
... left moisture meter @ >20%
... right moisture meter @ 18%

day 5
... stabilized her with soil and watered with tap water (ppm 228) a little around the seed
... thermometer: 21,1 °C
... hygrometer: 46%
... left moisture meter @ >20%
... right moisture meter @ 18%

day 6
... thermometer: 23 °C
... hygrometer: 43%
... left moisture meter @ >20%
... right moisture meter @ >20%

or maybe the led has to less blue lights for veg or the seed must inserted more deeper into the soil

Definitely subbed in this grow. I am a few weeks behind ya... just started an LED grow but doing a little supplementing with CFLs. (my sprouts are under CFL right now before i move them into my cabinet with my Mars 300). Where did you get the LED circle lamp? Just curious...

Your new growth looks a little yellow but it could be the camera. Either way... its about time to start a nute regimen no??? Biobizz indoor try pack would be a good set for what you are working with.... and they are very fairly priced!

Looks good though... those air pots are so cool.

the ufo like led grow light i bought from ebay. she doesnt look very healthy at the moment. gaved her some fertilizer. some growers on this forum have good results with biobizz. ill go with canna fertilizer again. good look with your grow!

That plant ain't healthy at all a 90 Watt ufo light ain't suitable either you should have 4 under a 600w ips in that space and if growing coco you should look for cultivators coco feed schedule.

i guess she has burned leave tips/edges, because the soil has to much phosphorus or to less nitrogen. as soon as the phosphorus decreases and the nitrogen increases she should look more healthier.

You could supplement with cfls. Seriously... it has worked for me with my mars 300w. Also your ppm seems very high for this point in your grow no??? She looks like she is in lock out mode. Save her!!!

You could supplement with cfls. Seriously... it has worked for me with my mars 300w. Also your ppm seems very high for this point in your grow no??? She looks like she is in lock out mode. Save her!!!

i dont will use more light, growing cannabis as medicine is not legal in my country, lower harvest means lower risk/penalty
