    Re: Northern Lights autoflower

Thanks old school. This I was able to figure out, I just didn't know how much of the stunting was due to that. I am letting the medium dry almost completely between watering. Even with lots of cuts at the bottom though, it doesn't seem like the Solo cups let them breathe enough. Next time I'm gonna go directly into the 10 liter pots. There's so much to learn! This is my first indoor grow of anything.

Thanks so much for your time. I love your grow logs! Tell me you have a neighbor with a lot of cats! Or do you have a bunch?

They were 2 weeks Sunday night. As OS pointed out, they are stunted from overwatering (or lack of oxygen) most likely

My first grow was cfl's until flowering stage and I couldn't put too many cfl's in there

So newbie question to OS and Lupey. These are CKS Northern Lights feminized auto flower. Does the stunting mean I have more time for vegetative growth, or are they on a fixed timeframe (flowering is gonna start at 8 weeks come hell or high water).

Are these guys getting ready to flower? Sunday was 7 weeks since they sprouted. They've been on 12/12 light cycle for 2 weeks.

    Re: Northern Lights autoflower

Looks like they are starting but you should leave your light cycle at 18/6. Autos don't need the 12/12 transition but they do need dark time to recover. You will get less stretch and a bushier plant. I had to switch mine to 12/12 just because of a genetic issue with another auto

FINALLY! Starting to see flowers. Sunday was 9 damn weeks from sprout. Very excited though. This is my first grow and I've screwed up so many damn things, I'm surprised I've still got plants![IMG]

OK, so now I'm 3 weeks into flower. I've got the fans going. (They've been going for months). I've got great penetration from (2) 300 watt Roleandro LED lamps. Should I be trimming off all the fan leaves that are blocking the lower bud sites?

    Appreciate the help guys!!

I wouldn't you seem to have good light penetration. Maybe take a few but you will need some for photosynthesis. It appears you have enough stretch to allow good light penetration. Old school is a believer in lolypopping I'm sure he will jump in soon. I myself prefer the bushier plant

Yeah, she's beautiful. You had a scrog frame on her until just recently though, right? How many weeks has it been since the first appearance of flowers?
