When using coco it has come to my attention from a great coco grower that if using coco in ebb and flow, start off with 5.5 phed water to flood or at least to flush coco. I learned the hard way and went 6.2 PH. Doing so I never realized that the run off will be high for quite some time. Causing PH to be high in my rez. Just wanted to give out some info on using coco. Thanks Pennywise for pointing out the proper PH levels when starting with coco.

Although I do not use coco yet, I'm appreciate the both of ya come forward and offered this info to save others trouble.
There's nothing worse then spending time chasing a PH ghost.

Well I know I would hate to see people start their grow on the wrong foot like I did lol
