Week 4/5 flowering - Progress feels slow

It's my first photo grow, plants showed around 4/5 weeks ago, can't remember exactly as the took around 2 weeks to show sex after the flip. Progress seems slow I'm just wondering if this supposed 55 day strain is on track. Another 6 weeks or so was the time frame I was thinking.

Looks fine by me maybe add a little magcal and your good to go but never go with what the breeders say i have had plants that should have been reddy in 55 days but ended up dubbeling in size at 80 days so you never know. Dont wurry to mutch. The plant is doing her thing maybe give her a extra kiss before you go to sleep

Looks like a few weeks at best.

I don't count the flip to the point the plant shows sex myself or at least the first week of flipping... that being seeds of regular/feminized with out signs of pre flowers tho.

With photo period seeds from veg to flowering & the change of lighting schedule i'm a firm believer that the plant under go's a change in hormones/metabolically phase during the transition & i'm sure it is not instant which may take a few to several days... hence i don't count the first week.

That is just my own opinion tho !


It could be related to the choice of lighting used & hanging distance best used at ?

I've got a 300w LED overhead and a 300w CFL for side lighting.

Is it sitting on concrete? At what temperature? If the concrete is cold it will suck the heat from your roots stunting growth.

That looks very sativa-heavy. Expect flowering to be around 90 days to harvest. No way is it going to be ready in 55 days.
