Males usually show sex before females. Nothing showing yet.
Growth habit appears male but that could be the strain and your light.

the seed was from some asian brick weed..
lights being used r CFLs..

its develeping sex but its tooo tiny to guess.

I see the usual stipules but no pistils yet.
It depends on several things, but I would guess a male will show in about a week (maybe a little more). A female , more like two weeks.
Some growers can make a good call early on but I cannot determine sex until I see their naughty bits.

Leaves are better dried and used as herbs in cooking. Even tho the THC is minimal in leaves of either sex, they contain many healthy compounds that are said to prevent a number of systemic diseases. I make cannabudder out of them and put the cannabudder in 00 sized capsules for my nighttime medicine.

I don't get high, but rather a good night's sleep.

Those are stipules. Vegetative growth that appears on both male and female plants.
