Male or female - First time grower

hello guys, just found this forum, i think you can help me to determine sex of my plant(pics aren't resized)
2X150W cfl, soil, veg

They are a little small yet, but here is a quick and dirty guide:

Green spicules (spears) = vegetative growth. Present on both sexes.
Green buds with leaf-tips = emerging leaves, which will become new branches.
Green tear-shaped balls on stalks with no hairs = male pods. They may have 5 smooth panels that will open to expose the pollen.
Green oval calyxes with two fine white hairs sticking out = female preflowers.

My advice is to watch them and check them morning and night until you can distinguish their parts. Then separate out the males and do with them what you will: grow separately for pollen, dry and use in edibles, or toss in the compost pile.

I would day it looks promising but still early. Watch for very tiny white hairs to pop out of them. If that happens, your golden.

It's usually around 6-7 weeks old when they start to show themselves. Keep checking. The tight node spacing is promising tho, males tend to grow fast & lanky, big gaps between nodes.

The green spears are spicules (sp?). This is vegetative growth that appears on both sexes as the plant matures.
