Has anybody tried the vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to dechorlinate their water? I've recently started trying it (500mg per 20 gallons).
What were your results?

I've not used it to remove chlorine, I just let the water sit out for a few days for that. I have used them for ph adjustment. Very strong buffer, one tiny piece of a crystal drops the ph of a gallon of my water by .6. Chlorine will usually evaporate away. Chloromine is used in some water systems and will not evaporate.
