Can any one help with my first grow please

Im a new grower here. I planted 4 marijuana in total. One of them look great, but 3 of them died

I grow in a grow box with 3 45w cfl and 1 65w cfl

I spray some water on the top layer of the soil to prevent overwatering.
Do you think im overwatering ur underwatering according to this picture?

The grow is a lot slower than the one that survived before

This one is 3 days old and not really looking good and slow grow

The this one is 9 days older and survived

I'm a wicked noob but if there's one thing I've noticed is that every plant regardless of if it's the same batch of seeds or not is that every single one grows a little differently. That being said most of the advice given seems to lean towards how moist the soil a knuckle or 2 deep is. If it's dry water if not let it be. If she's not sprouting up quickly she may be working on her root system. Best of luck.

The best way to tell is by how heavy the pot feels. Once it has dried out completely (almost to the point of the plant starting to wilt a little) pick up the pot. Now water till you have run off out the bottom. Pick up the pot again and feel the difference. Most of my plants get drenched (watered) 1 time per week.
