Help please! Light fell

Hey all! Just was wondering what I should do. I went to go check on my babies this afternoon and found that my light had fell in one of my plants. Some of the leaves in that area are obviously burnt. I snipped the ones that were burnt all the way. Is this the right thing to do? Should I leave it and let it grow out or should it recover? All help appreciated. Thanks.

Secure the light better and you will be fine!! . I have crushed and broken plants much worse then that and they pop right back. She looks otherwise happy and healthy. She looks like she is in veg right now, yes? If it were me, I would trim off the "burnt" leaves and let her go.

Yes she is in veg .. Ok yeah I clipped the burnt leaves and secured the light. . hopefully it won't slip again .

Thanks. Yeah I was very sad when I walked in there. But once I picked up the light it definitely wasn't as bad as I thought. Thank the green gods lol

use light chain light as in weight , chain is strong, clean, cheap and its easy to move your lights up and down with the links

Just thought I'd give an update on my burnt baby. Yesterday was feeding day as well so hopefully that helped her out.

Also I think we have some signs of a female. They will be 7 weeks old this Sunday.

Also when do you think it would be a good time to flip these to flower? Thanks

Babies look a lot better after the light fell on them . and showing signs of being female as well! When would be a good time to flip to flowering? They are 8 weeks today. Also their growth was slowed about 2 weeks due to improper lighting.

yeah agree.

one of mine was laying flat on it.
600w hps sizzling away.

I taped up the busted branches and they grew fine, slightly misshapen but certainly flourished after a few weeks

Found another cool app called grolog.
It's for iOS. Took me a minute to figure it out but I think it's very cool. Here's a few screenshots.

Well I figured I would do a little update since last time. They have definitely been resilient. Especially since the one had a light fall on her. I have also flipped to 12/12 since and they are on the 2nd week in. Coming along nicely I might say ..

Thanks soo much! This is my first grow so I'm pretty stoked with the results so far. Well minus the little mishaps here and there. But I will say you guys are not kidding when saying these plants are resilient!
