I'm on day 32 with this Blue Dream. Is it too soon to scrog? I'm not really sure when I should start it?

The only reason to scrog is to add light exposure to lower areas that might not get it otherwise. Your girls look small, and not very bushy. At least right now. I wouldn't bother.
What you might want to do it start LST'ing her. When she bushes up and grows some you can re-visit the scrog method

if i were you i would set your screen to 8-10" of the top of the pot, top 2-3 times and keep weaving her through your screen until you have 75% filled up then switch to 12/12.
