Trimming?

Can anyone help me with trimming? I'm not sure how to trim my plants and I don't really want to touch them until I know exactly what to do, so any advice at all on trimming would be appreciated greatly as I am a new grower so don't really know what to do

Are you asking about trimming excess leaves in the vegetative stage to allow more light into the flowers?

If the plant is outdoors or the temperatures are high, the plant needs plenty leaves to keep cool in the vegetative state. Lower leaves feed the roots so if your plant is still growing than leave the lower fan leaves on. I recommend taking a few leaves at a time off at a time when they start to die naturally as the flowers mature. Once the flower tops stop growing and the buds fill out, than remove fan leaves shading the lower buds.

I wait until mine is two or three weeks into flower and remove everything except the very top growth. This concentrates all the plants energy on developing the tops.
