Help me - My leaf's color is not good

Hello.
Last time I saved my leaf with your help.
The leaves that are curled down are much better because they cut off the water.

But I need one more help.
The color of the leaves does not seem to improve even if we cut the water.
Some seem to be getting worse.

Looking at the photographs, the leaves are too bright, the cotyledons are stained and discolored.

Is this a problem that can be solved naturally by reducing water?

I am afraid that the light is too long. (I am using 16 hours 450w LED (height 90cm)

Let me know if you have any experience or have information that you can solve.

Your soil looks very dry. Next time you start your seedlings put them in clear Solo cups with holes cut in the bottom, and then place those inside red Solo cups. That way you can water them and see if you're fully wetting the soil or still have dry spots. You can also then see the soil dry out, and root development as they progress. After some experience you'll be able to tell when they need water just by the weight of the cup.
