Could I start flowering my plants I beenvgrowing them for couple months I top them and all each have at list 6 brenches here are pictures

You can flip them whenever you want, the longer you veg the more you will yield. But remember plants will double in height sometimes more when in flower.

You can start flowering any time you want. While bigger plants normally means bigger yields, if you out grow your grow area, you will not get any bigger yields, your grow space will dictate how big the biggest plant should be when flipped into flower.

16 plants on your first grow? Lol
16 plants for your grow area may fit now, but how about in 10 weeks from now? I sure hope your not flowering in the same area that you are vegging because from the looks of your pictures you posted, they are pretty tightly packed in there. My tent is 10x5x6.5 and I flowered 9 plants in it one time and will never do that again, it was a disaster. It made everything much harder to deal with.
