I'll be getting some Girl Scout Cookie clones tomorrow and I have only 11 weeks from getting them to complete my grow.
I know you shouldn't FIM during flower, and you also shouldn't FIM before the roots take hold.

I figure it takes one week for clones to get a decent root system going, and then I can FIM as soon as I switch over the light cycle. Is this smart? Should I do it or just not do any HST?

Some more info:
  • Indoor Soil (first in 1 gallon containers, then 3 gallons)
  • FoxFarm Ocean Forest + FoxFarm Nutrients
  • COB Lighting (3000K, 3500K), Adjustable Wattage (130-265W)

I have heard people take cuttings after they have rooted for a week but not getting much yield, as for fiming when you switch, i suggest that if you do any trimming to a plant, have atleast a week for her to recover first befor switching 12/12.
