My first grow and feeling unsure after 10th day

Hey buds.
Here having my first grow under 1500w led light , 18/6 cycle
It was looking nice first< but then it definitely stopped growing. Could it be a problem or is it just rooting ? Could it be because I've move over they cycle. First they had 18/6 (6 hours from 8am) and then I've kept them under lights for 24+ hours and moved that 6 hours to 10pm-4am
Also should i check the roots or leave it alone and don't keep getting it out ?

You need to transplant them the roots will be almost rootbound in those plugs. Plants look good however.

im planing to go hydro, should i place them already in the bucket , or just move to bigger cup for now? they sprouted 24 hours in water , and about a day in paper towel. Could u explain please how could sprouting infect the growth ? And i was reading that you should keep them for few weeks before transplanting . Thats bullshit ? Thanks for so fast respond

If it were me... I'd transplant those into the hydro. What method you using? I doubt they are root bound but what medium are you currently using how's the drainage and how often do you water and how much?

im planing to go hydro . the drainage is good , it gets pretty dry till the end of the day . water about 100ml of water for three of them once a day

Lol what type of hydro? Bubbleponics, ebb&flow, DWC, RDWC, drain to waste.

My personal favorite lol if they were mine they would be in there new home tonight. Still top feed intill the roots hit the water.
Pay very close attention to your res temp. Anything over 19-20C and you will get root rot.

Pay no attention to the drip system I ended up hand watering as I found it more efficient.

Hey stoners. Moved my girls yesterday to a new place and this morning saw some signs on the leaves, bending inside a bit , why could that happen?

Hard to tell from the pic, can we get a different angle? If they're curling down it's usually a watering issue, how close to the net pot is your water level

They are curling like inside . So more up
The net is about an inch in the water.

Ah I see curling up is usually the plant saying "hey I want more light!" How close are the lights?
