Since the time change has occurred and along with some other reasons I would love to change my light schedule for my flowering room from 5a -5p to 6a-6p or 7a-7p. Can I do this without any problems?

I would guess that shifting the lighting by an hour wouldn't be a big problem.

I think the most important thing for photoperiod plants (including the Christmas cactus now blooming on my windowsill) is that they get 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness. That's what controls the blooming hormones (mostly anyway--for a Christmas Cactus you're supposed to let the soil dry out as well to encourage blooming, though I've never heard anyone say that about cannabis).

If it was my grow, I think I'd change the times by just 10 or 15 minutes a day, just to be on the safe side. No point in shocking the plants.
