Chocolope Kush clones - Help

I'm growing Chocolope Kush by DNA genetics
Very nice plant, great flowering..
I've taken from her clones (before she moved to flowering) and they rooted, after transferring them to soil into the veg room they seem like flowering instead of growing...
They're 4 weeks in veg 18/6
Did someone have that's issue before?

There is a time gap between when flowering hormones start flowing and the first pistils show up. Is it possible that cloning happened during that window?

No I take the clones when the mother was at veg time, but shes start shootings pistils in week 3 of veg so it's half correct.. the flowering hormones here strong..
