Switching bed time

I have one big plant growing in a box
And i have a question.
Im in the week 4 blooming
12h/12h

Can i switch my lighting period?
Light is running on 12h30 pm to 12h30 am

I need the sleep time 6pm To 6 am

What is the big deal to do this.
And what can of risk i have To think about

You should have no problems as long as you go with a long dark period. Leave them in the dark past the normal 12 hrs then bring the lights back on at the time you want. Giving a plant more light might cause them to hermie. Less light they will be fine. I have did this multiple times with no problems.
