CO2 application

Looking for opinions. Do you think this design will work? I looped a piece of tubing around an oscillating fan that is drilled full of holes that is fed by my CO2 generator. So when the fan blows across the planet it should pick up the CO2 and spread it over the plant. Does this seem like it will work?

Also what is the purpose of the second bottle do I really need it?

Sorry, but that unit is not going to generate enough CO2 to make a difference. If you're serious about CO2, buy a 20 pound tank and a regulator at a welding supplier and add a needle valve. This web page about how to set if up for a planted aquarium should help. CO2 & the Planted Aquarium

I didn't mention that it was in a 3 by 3 by 6 Tent do you still think it's not enough?
