Plant To Small?

My plant is on day 17 and its very small compared to some of the grow journals Ive been looking at..Ive been growing 12/12 from seed with 4 100 W Grow Spectrum CFLs and 2 25 W CFLS and the plant looks good looks healthy very green and everything looks fine except shes probably only 4-5 inches tall?? Any help??

There are many things that can slow growth. Mainly poor light, cold/hot temps, pH, soil... Have any pics?

No I lost the part of my camera that plugs it into the computer..so no go on pics..it could be poor lighitng maybe but the CFLS are set just above the plant so she should be getting plenty of light..And the plant is a very vibrant green..she looks healthy..Using both foxfarm grow big and big bloom..seems strange?

4-5 inches is actually not too bad. Especially if it's a slower maturing sativa.
