CFL 250Watt Light Bulb UK?

Hey everyone! glad to b with u guyz!!

im living in the United Kingdom and im a new grower, i only hav a limited amount of money and im looking for a new light for my lovely females

what im looking for is a CFL Light, between 200 and 250Watt in either Red Spectrum or the Blue Spectrum or both would be better! with maybe a reflector also.. where can i purchase these lights?? i have seen quite alot on ebay.. but its ebay n im not 100% trust worthy of some products on the site so im looking for a reliable online shop which wont.. in other words.. fuc* me over lol..

any help would be really appreciated people, and remember, i live in the UK so im looking for the good ol' '£' sign

Norfolk lights are good Ive visited the shop personally and they seem like nice guys.

also search the web for grow shops near you theres quite a few in the UK.
