Film canisters?

are film canisters air tight? i keep my bud in one of those usually and i was wondering if theres a chance itll get crunchy over time. i put water in one and it never leaked, so im guessing yes.

I am like sMoKiNgThAhErB. I keep my bud in pill bottles I find around the house. Then I smoke about a bowl or 2 a night. Nothing is wrong with making it last. Although my best friend hates it. Film containers are air tight. They would be fine to store bud in for a little while.
