I have my views and I am curious what other people think. Now that testing can show THC% we are seeing higher and higher percentages. Yes technology is going to help in ways but not all. Everything most of the world is smoking is from good old fashion outlaw genetics. I've smoked a lot in my 50 some odd years and my favorite and one of the most potent strains I know is a outlaw strain.
High THC% does not always make a great high, with that as a given. It would be interesting to see how others feel

I had some Warwick last summer from a dispensary which was labeled 32.2%. It was a sativa and very nice. I believe it's a strain from chemdawg.
